So long, fairwell, aufwiedersehen, adieu.....

So, I had a very good, productive day so far. I got lots of laundry and tidying done (I just don't want to leave everything such a mess - I feel Josh will have an easier time of it if things are in order). I then went on a shopping trip for some essentials like soap and shampoo and stuff. I also wanted to pick up a gift for my sponsor child, A. I got all emotional in the mall as I realized how blessed I am. So many people sponsor children in other countries but how many of them actually get to go and meet their sponsor child? It gets me all "verklempt"!

As far as packing goes, most of my stuff is lying in piles beside my suitcase ready to be thrown in. I basically just need to finish a load of laundry for myself and then I can start putting everything in the suitcase. Tomorrow I will go to work and finish up stuff over there and then I'll come home and finish the family's laundry and just make sure that I haven't forgotten anything.

Wednesday morning, I will head to the airport at 10:30 am. We fly at 1:05 pm.
So this is goodbye and see ya later, folks. I will try to find an internet cafe somewhere and will try to look you guys up. And, of course, I'll update you on how things are going. I hope you all have a great next two weeks.
